Stencil based screenprinting
Screenprinting was the first print media I ever explored. I first started in the Tin Sheds at Sydney University in the 1980’s. This page is given over to my stencil based screenprinting. Stencils can be made and employed in many different ways using sophisticated or simple home based methods. At Sunshine Print Artspace there is a fabulous darkroom that can produce large format photographic stencils with equipment I purchased from a commercial screenprinter closing up his shop.
These Prints here were made in different studios, in different cities, in different countries across the globe.
